the elite is made with better quality parts so it is less likely to break, but besides that there is absolutely nothing different between the two
The Elite has a bigger hard drive, and is also black.
Comes with HDMI support. That’s it. Other than that its the differences you mentioned.
The Elite comes with a 120 or 250 GB hard drive, which is bigger than the other models. It also comes in colours other than white — most are black, I’ve got a red one from the Resident Evil 5 bundle.
Other than that they’re identical — all 360s have the same internal components including HDMI, ever since late 2008.
