How to listen to Audio Feed from state gov website on my Android?

I am trying to listen to an audio feed of my state’s house of rep on my android phone. I tried clicking the link but it tried to open up a text message. I went on my computer and the link for the audio starts with mms:// and on my PC it asks me to pick a player such as Windows Media Player and then it starts to stream it. Is it possible to listen to this on my android phone and if so, how?

I have a home theater (with DVD player) and a cable recorder box connected to my HDTV. The home theater is on HDMI-1 and the cable box is connected to Component-2 (video and audio). Why is the audio coming out from my digital channels low on HDTV?

I just got a HDTV and I don’t have satellite or cable. I’m just using a indoor power antenna with it to receive over the air broadcasts. I’m receiving both the analog and digital channels, but the the audio coming out from the digital version of each channel seems much lower. I’m not an expert and wanted to know what is causing this and how can I increase the audio output from my digital channels. Do I need a special or better antenna? I appreciate any helpful suggestions.
